I am thoroughly enjoying my gym programme from Shauna. She really listens and takes on board your goals to tailor-make a programme that suits you and your lifestyle. I started with Shauna back in April as I felt I’d hit a bit of a plateau with my fitness journey. Since beginning my plan with her, I’ve tried lots of new exercises that hadn’t been in any previous plans and I look forward to each session. She has been great at listening to any questions I have about form and giving me advice/tips on how to improve it, but if that still hasn’t worked, she’s given me an alternate exercise that suits me better. She has recently added cardio in the lead-up to my holiday and already I notice the changes happening! Shauna has made plans to fit around my busy schedule and has adapted them if things have come up so that I can still get the best out of my week.
