About

Hey, my name is Shauna. I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, Sport Scientist, and Online Fitness Coach. To be perfectly honest, I never imagined becoming an Online Coach. I have always had an interest in health and fitness but never fully understood how to train myself. After months of toying with the idea of getting a PT, I eventually bit the bullet and signed up with an online coach and the rest is history!

I not only fell in love with the gym but I fell in love with the process. I began listening to podcasts, reading research papers, and following online influencers and experts. I was fascinated by the science behind training, nutrition and how your body adapts. Being someone who loves to socialise and loves a night out, I knew it would be extremely important for me to find that balance between having a social life and still reaching my health and fitness goals.

 

I began helping friends with their training routines and nutritional goals and it became clear I had a real passion for helping people to achieve their goals. I loved the challenge of designing programs that are tailored specifically to the individual and their needs and was fascinated by the changes that occurred as a result. This is when I decided to complete my level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.
